Dear Alison,

I am writing to thank you for your help and personal commitment to finding a buyer for my stepmother’s condominium in Century City at a price that would enable her to continue living a good quality of life.   I know this was an especially challenging listing because of her special physical needs, the original condition of the unit, and the fact that although I am her representative I live in the State of Hawaii.

Having you there on the ground made it possible to have the unit repainted, install new carpeting, remove the built-in bookcases, and clear out the storage locker.  My stepmother would not have been able to coordinate this on her own and trying to accomplish it long distance from Hawaii would have been extremely difficult without your experienced and knowledgeable assistance.

I felt throughout the process of preparing the unit for sale, finding a buyer, and closing the deal, that you really cared about me and my stepmother.

You are a true professional who is not only caring, but you were also knowledgeable about the market conditions and how best to position the unit to sell.

But what impressed me most about your professional approach to the sale was your perseverance

You just never gave up. I want you to know that I consider you a friend and would enthusiastically recommend you to anyone needing to buy or sell real estate in the West Los Angeles area.  Please do not hesitate to call me if I can ever be of assistance to you.

Aloha, Linda Lingle. Governor of Hawaii (2002-2010)

"From A Wonderful Client"

Dear Alison,

I want to thank you on behalf of all the members of my family for your extraordinary effort in helping us renovate and sell my parents' condominium in Century Hill.

In particular, we would have been "dead in the water" without your tireless and expert efforts to envision, design, and manage the renovation.

Dear Alison

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with you. We were first-time home-sellers, selling a townhome in Century City that we inherited.  Neither of us lives in Los Angeles so it was a challenge. We met with a couple of realtors before signing up with Alison.  It was clear that Alison had a granular grasp of Century City real estate and our complex, in particular, heads above the others we interviewed.  We ended up doing a major updating of the unit from afar that Alison helped us with, proving to be instrumental in guiding us on what was worth spending money on and what wasn’t.  She even met with workers for us at the unit because we were not in town. She found us a buyer in a slow market and led us through a grueling closing process with ease.  She was honest, hands-on, and always available.  We would definitely work with Alison again!

Alison is a capable, knowledgeable, and caring professional.  I contacted her in September 2021 about the sale of my condo in Century City. She was recommended to me as a Century Hill expert.  After checking the condition of the condo and current market conditions, she advised a substantial renovation.  I agreed and a contractor was engaged.

Alison was extensively involved in the renovation.  In addition to monitoring the contractor regarding items for my benefit, she acted as the designer picking all the finishes and surfaces.  She engaged at least twenty suppliers to provide non-structural upgrades and decoration.  There was much negotiation involved.  Alison was dedicated to providing the best result at a reasonable cost.

Following Alison’s suggestion, the asking price was adjusted upward.  Alison handled the marketing, and a qualified buyer appeared quickly. The property sold immediately at a high price.

I am most thankful to have engaged Alison.  I recommend her to anyone contemplating a real estate transaction.
