We can't speak highly enough of our experience with you. We were first-time home-sellers, selling a townhome in Century City that we inherited. Alison is a capable, knowledgeable, and caring professional. I contacted her in September 2021 about the sale of my condo in Century City. She was recommended to me as a Century Hill expert. After checking the condition of the condo and current market conditions, she advised a substantial renovation. I agreed and a contractor was engaged.
Alison was extensively involved in the renovation. In addition to monitoring the contractor regarding items for my benefit, she acted as the designer picking all the finishes and surfaces. She engaged at least twenty suppliers to provide non-structural upgrades and decoration. There was much negotiation involved. Alison was dedicated to providing the best result at a reasonable cost.
Following Alison’s suggestion, the asking price was adjusted upward. Alison handled the marketing, and a qualified buyer appeared quickly. The property sold immediately at a high price.
